Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, profile information, messages, files you upload, and support requests.

We also collect technical data needed to run the apps, including device identifiers, app version, and network metadata.

How we use data

We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, sync projects, deliver notifications, process payments, and keep the platform secure.

App-specific data

The Desktop app is only for specialists. It collects work-session activity (app name, window title, URL, duration, idle time) to track billable work, and can record call audio when you start a call session.

Mobile apps may collect push notification tokens, calendar event data you choose to create, and media library files you select for profile images.

Permissions

We request permissions only when needed: notifications (deliver updates), calendar (create scheduled calls), and media library (select a profile photo).

Clipboard access is used to copy or paste invite links and one-time codes.

Sharing & service providers

We use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime updates. We use Expo services for push notifications and Google OAuth for sign-in.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the apps and comply with law.

Retention & security

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and store sensitive tokens securely on device keychains when available.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can manage notification preferences in your device settings.

The apps are not intended for children under 13.
